Chamblue - cava sparkling wine from SpainOur Spanish cava wine is created from the best selection of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes to appeal to the American palate with fewer bubbles than other cava wines.  After a painstaking production process and our careful subsequent coupage, the wine undergoes a second fermentation process within the bottle while at our Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellars in Spain. This brute reserva method means Chamblue ® has 24 months of fermentation vs the traditional 9 months for most sparkling wines. A longer fermentation process means enhanced taste and smoother on the palate.
