Our Spanish cava wine is created from the best selection of Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada grapes to appeal to the American palate with fewer bubbles than other cava wines. After a painstaking production process and our careful subsequent coupage, the wine undergoes a second fermentation process within the bottle while at our Sant Sadurní d'Anoia cellars in Spain
